The LGFG 2/18 general purpose bearing grease from SKF is recommended and safe for use in the food and beverage industry. This food grade grease has high water resistance, operates in a wide temperature range of -30 to +140oC (-22 to +284oF), outstanding protection against high loads and wear, and uses complex calcium sulphonate thickening technology and white mineral oil. Available here in an 18kg pail.
